Hi Kerwin Right now I don't have a STB with a BT HW issue. If you remove the X-TAL of the BT chip, you can easily make it similar. In this state, BT tombstone is continuously occurring. https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BFXBTF-355 The attached picture shows the number of tombstones that occurred in one week. I think it will never be initialized in case of BT HW issue. For example> if the BT chip cannot be initialized even once after booting, the signature is displayed every 1 or 3 (xx) hour.. Hi YK, If there are many tombstones in target device, it is possilbe to have BT HW related issues. I think it is enough to have a hint for such kind of HW issue. However, we still can't tell from X-tal or BT chip releated problem. Thank you! |

Hi YK, I am not sure what kind of signature SKB want. We know that if BT HW has problem, BT stack will keep crashing with tombstones. We can add a property to record crash count of BT stack. While the count exceed 50 or 100, it should be enough to identify a BT HW issue. Please let us know it is OK or not. Thanks ! |
